They do not know how to work with people

I purchased a wig on the 3rd of July and i was promised to get a delivery within a few days, i was then told aramex was not making deliveries due to covid 19 and i was supposed to receive it a week after that via Pep, i sent the proof of payment and the preferred store, but its almost a month now they are not responding via whatsapp or Facebook. I now want my money back, coz they failed to deliver, they lack professionalism.
