Terrible service

I have placed an order 26 September 2022 till today I haven't received my tracking number whatsoever from Avum hair. They keep postponing saying I will recieve my tracking number during this week. Delivery of my parcel has not yet being confirmed either because they are using pep paxi but they requested my physical address. I would give it a 0 rating if possible. There has been no apologies for any delays even from their WhatsApp Chats. They are extremely unprofessional, I am now believing I have been ****med by Avum hair.
