Terrible hair and bad service

Terrible hair took long to come not 7 to 10 days almost 4 weeks it's useless paying for fast delivery, it took forever to get a tracking number. I paid to send the hair back since it's 100%different from what is on their site, they got the hair 1 week ago now I'm busy following up coz they promised to refund me last week till now they've not done so... Horrible hair Bad service
