Terrible customer service

The service is shocking. I haven't received my order, when I started a 'live' chat on whatsapp, the Avum Fashion Haven agent sounded clueless. At the beginning of the conversation the agent confirms that the order is still being processed and after 1 minute states that I'm going to get it today. I asked the agent, is being sent to my shipping address today and the person responds with 'okay'. I'm not at work today, I needed a clear confirmation so that I can travel to work to pick it up. I kept getting the ' okay' response. The agent went offline and did not respond.
