So disappointed you not trustworthy

I ordered 10 inch bob from 30th October and received 23 November and they face me wrong order i tried talking to them and have sent the wig back they have received it but now they haven't send me th one i ordered and haven't received the refund they not even reading or answering my messages on watsapp nor answering my calls ihave courier 2times iam so disappointed i need my Refund + additional courier
