********.!!! I ordered hair from Geneve on October 29th, she said it would take 3-5 working days but till today I haven't my package. I keep sending her WhatsApp messages about my refund of which she and Charmaine - the business owner, ignores. I have decided to take the legal route and sue them for *****. thankfully this website is evident enough of their poor customer service and bad review of ******** people.
