on the 31of January 2020, I place an order with the lady called Valencia, I asked for the price list she told me to go to their website and order which I did , then paid , she requested that I should sent her the proof of payment to her which I also did, 3 days later she gave me an order number 202005 and claimed that aramex courier will deliver my order, however she refused to give me the tracking number, on the 10th of Feb. she told me that I should have emailed the proof of payment not to her , I didn't have the problem with emailing the proof of payment my problem is that why did she lie and said that the parcel is coming ? now since yesterday I requested for a refund even now I haven't received it , this Valencia lady she is a cold hearted person, who have no respect for the people that she is working with, her colleque requested my banking details they haven't paid even now,
