Refund: AFH-18444

Can the company refund me, I returned their hair and the collected the package from Pep but they keep on asking me questions even after I gave them all the details. The plaiting was not good and it looked like the wanted to save the hairpiece. My order number is AFH-18444, its been 2 months now and I have been very patient with you.
