Poorest service

I ordered hair from 2nd December 2020 even today I haven't received it, they gave me a tracking number that doesn't even work. On whatsapp its 1 story after another their service is of the poorest nature. I'm so disappointed as its not a 1st time buying from them, thats when they still had stores this online store is definitely not working
