Poor customer service at Avum fashion haven

I ordered Brazilian hair on 28 May and i paid a total of R1360. I was told that I will get the hairpiece within 5 to 7 working days. I needed it for an event which was on the 22 June but I never received the hair until now. There is poor communication as they read the messages on WhatsApp and don't respond. There is no promise to return my money or sending the hairpiece. Please help me get my money back as I no longer have use for the hairpiece. The weekend which I needed the hair for has already passed.
