Poor customer service

Very poor customer service. I ordered and paid a month ago and only received a tracking number today after asking them every day with no response. I paid extra for door to door delivery but got a locker pin. I doubt the hair will be the ones that I ordered because they are very unprofessional. Won't recommend them to anyone.
