Poor communication/ Service

My concern now is transparency, they keep on taking orders but their management and communications is poor, their policy or adverts says 3 -5 days delivery but I've placed an oder 2 weeks ago no communication nothing, when you text the what's app number no one is responding..... it's very important to respect people's money, worse part is you can't simple provide update but they posting everyday on Facebook.
