POOR COMMUNICATION FROM SERVICE PROVIDER AND FALSE ETA

after placing an order with a delivery of 2 days i got a mail which advised it would take 7 working days for me to recieve the order. I had placed the order as i knew 2 days will be best suitable as i'm going preparing for my graduation which is this friday. When contacting the number on the page to get more info and clarification the number goes straight to voicemail.THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL
