Petition to shutdown

We as customers need to find a way to issue a petition for this business to shut down. I really feel sorry for people having to lose jobs but in this case it will cut out the frustration. If you ever consider ordering from the Avum website/WhatsApp expect a very uncomfortable experience.

Zero communication, zero acknowledgement of customer grievance or concern, hard time to cancel orders, an overall headache nje hai. I've been buying from them since 2020 and the service has only gotten worse.
