Pathetic service

Pathetic service received...my order was placed on the 8th april and to date i haven't received it. There's such a lack of communication as I'm constantly doing followups with them. They 1st sent an email on the 20th april advising that my order is readt for shipment and thereafter i followed up they said they wiuld send a tracking number...they keep making empty promises and now the ladies I'm dealing with via whatsapp just chose to ignore my requests for feedback and i have requested a refund. They're both online & read my request but not responded. I've also sent an email resisting a refund. I thought they have changed as i also tried to order in 2019 i had the same issue ended up requesting for refund as the order was outstanding for 3 months. #MotherDayTreat
