Pathetic service

I ordered a Malaysian Curl Pixie Wig online in July 2020 the order was beyond delayed i only received it on the 11/09/20 of which it was the incorrect Wig. I requested a refund and couriered the wig back to them.They collected the parcel of the wrong wig on the 17/10/20 and they advised me they will refund me back the amount of R1380 and it was gonna take 3 working days from the 22/10/20 so today I made a follow up and was advised they're awaiting their manager to refund me,she's in hospital. Each time i follow up i have to explain my story and I keep receiving empty promises from them. Their service is beyond pathetic I'm so frustrated and fed up and just wouldn't recommend them to anyone
