ORDERED, PAID BUT NEVER GOT THE PIXIE WIG

They are PATHETIC *******! I paid for a pixie wig which they never delivered despite numerous phone calls. Only time they picked up the phone and admitted the payment came through but there was a mix up on their side. Since then they never respond. I have sent numerous emails together with my bank statement that shows the money was paid but they have still not delivered the product nor refunded my money. You will not progress by *****ing my R580. Order number *** It’s over 2 months now. The idiot promised to deliver in a couple of day but never did.
