I've had a really bad experience with Avum

I've had a really bad experience with Avum. The first time I installed their hair I was so happy, I thought it was quality but after my third installation I realized that it's not what I thought it was. The frontal closure has no hair, it has come off and when I told them about it they told me to buy a new closure. They don't even show any remorse that I paid R1700 for nonsense, no sympathy they are just rude. And also when I made the first review I did it because they sent me a message saying that I should make a review and then they'll give me R50 off for my next purchase but as soon as they got what they wanted, they told me that the manager says that there's no discount
