I ordered items from them during their Black Friday sale and I am still to receive the items

I ordered items from them during their Black Friday sale and I am still to receive the items. I paid for express delivery but got nothing. I have tried numerous times to get through to them via email or the numbers that they post online and still nothing. I comment on their posts on Facebook and still no one responds to my messages yet they do respond to others.
