Great Genuine Quality Hair , Poor Communication\Service

I found them in my MoreTyme list of online shops and the first time(march) I ordered hair from them it was delivered within the estimated 7-9 days with great quality hair but a loose fitting wig cap,that was forgiven because its easy to customize for myself. The second time I ordered (May) it was such a delay in processing I had to make sure I follow up after not receiving any feedback for two weeks,their communication isn't satisfactory at all. I finally received my order today (June) and I'm still very happy with the quality regardless of the delays! I'd say order with caution, maybe they got too backlogged and forget to process orders but they're product is genuine.
