Frustrated customer

Yoh I don’t know whether to cry or what but all I can say is Avum have failed me , I have ordered hair from them 2orders first order was on the 30th of September second order was on the 02 of October to date I haven’t received anything and what hurts me the most is that I joined them as a distributor and placed orders for customer , you can imagine the what I’m going through as customers wants their money back and I understand where they coming from all the frustration and stuff you have failed me am so disappointed in you guys I have trusted you with my money and now this💔💔💔
