Don't order from them

If you still want peace then don't order from them because wow the service sucks, I ordered hair from them and I still haven't received my order, every time I ask them what's going on they give me a run around I don't even understand why, because I paid in full, they gave me a tracking number, when I go online to check the parcel, the parcel is stationary, when I ask, they say they will find out what's going on, story after story like everyday, at this point I am frustrated because that's my hard earned money.
