Disgusting Service failure

Worst hair supplier...hair ordered on December promised a dispatch date of the 12th of December still the hair has not arrived. The consultants are not trained to carry out customer services. Clearly we are bothering them when asking for updates as they are sarcastic and give one word answers and just say the order is coming the courier will call when he is in the area...no apologies. They have switched off comments on Facebook to ensure that customer have no way of getting the attention on the sales platform - I have not recieved my hair since December however daily I see sales on end when I have 2 hair packages outstanding. I wish this business closes I feel ****med. I have even been given a **** tracking number just to shut me up.
