Disgusting service

On 5 August 2024, I ordered hair and paid R2200 for a combo special and was given AFH-17131 order number till today I have not received my parcel. When I text them, they take forever to respond and when the do respond - I am told to check emails the following day. I am starting to think that they are ****mers, what suprises me is that it's not my first time buying from them and they delivered. I kindly request for a refund since they are failing to give me my parcel
