Disappointed by Avum service

I am taken from pillar to post.I have not received anything promising.I even doubt I'll receive a wig or refund. I bought a wig online on the of June I understood that I should wait 7 days max before receiving my wig however after the 7 days passed I reminded then that I have not received a tracking number. Only then I received an email stating that my wig was out of stock I have an option of 1.choosing another wig or, 2.a refund I proceeded to request that I receive my refund. To date nothing promising.I have been sending texts, I have been calling Avum and sending emails. I had to go to a wedding and I was so excited to receive my wig. Disappointed.
