Bad service/ ********

I am currently having problems with Avum Fashion Haven they are ******** me. I placed an order with them on the 29th of January for hair worth R1980 and also paid a courier of R115 for door to door delivery. on the 2nd February I received a tracking number only to find out it not even legit because when ever I am tracking it says shipment could not be found and when ever I am sending them a message asking about this I always get " Courier guy will come and collect the parcels tomorrow dear" I called them today and sent a message to get the same reply. I even asked for refund but I am not getting any between the hair and money back.
