Bad service

I'm very disappointed on Avum Fashion Haven,i have made an order of 2weaves on the 4th April but till now i haven't received it.they 1st send me a wrong tracking number then they said the will send it the following week.they kept on telling me another story after the other.they then ask me to choose another weave telling that the 1 I ordered it's out of stock I had to choose something that I don't like and on top of that I they had to give me a change but they said they don't do that.they font care about their customers like they used to while their stores where still open.i just hope they will send my order or refund me because I'm still waiting.
