Bad Service and ****mers

I ordered my hair in December last year that was in 2024 and now we are in December 2025 I havent received my hair I am highly disappointed because I ordered 2 wigs and despite multiple emails I have sent I have not gotten any help. Can you kindly get my wigs delivered or rather do a refund because this is ridiculous.
