Bad service

I ordered 2 weaves on the 12th of March and paid for courier service that takes 3 days, they only deliver 1 weave after a month, i logged a complain regarding the outstanding weave they said they will courier it via PEP but till this day i haven't received it.

Their service is very poor, please help me get my outstanding weave from them please.
