Bad service

Poorest service ever. They sent me a tracking number that is not traceable and when I made the enquiry they said it happens and people end up receiving the order. They don't even make the effort to say they will follow up with the company. They are also creating a bad image for "The courier guy" courier company as if they are the ones to blame and as yet I have ordered online many times and that company delivered ontime. Their promise to deliver in a short space of time has been non and void to me.
