Bad service

This company takes forever to deliver hair. I placed an order on the 23rd of August up until today i have not received the order. I have written several emails and they do not reply. They only rep**** once and told me that my order is being prepared but its been a week since i was told that. Im really disappointed with their service. I feel like i have been ****med here because i have tried everything i could so that i can receive my order but nothing seems to work
