Bad experience

I paid R1105 into their capitec account they have the worst service I have ever cime accross. They are a bunch of ************ and initially they pretend as if they will help you until they ask you to deposit more money to "fast track" the delivery process. They told me they will not be told how to run their business after I raised valid queries regarding my tracking number. I hope they get exposed for the ***** that they are
