bad customer service

i made an online purchase buying a wig from avum fashion haven on 17aug 24 , paid online using their app , i haven't received confirmation or order number nothing i sent them a msg on whatsapp they promised to send a tracking number yesterday but still nothing, this company doesn't take their customers serious, they have bad service.
