Bad customer service

Your service is wrotten and pathetic people are begging you for their hard earned monies including myself you need to be exposed you don't value your customers at all. People like you are greedy for what will make them benefit you have a nerve of sending me an invalid tracking number. I will make sure that I write on Twitter so that people can be careful who they will be dealing with
