Avum trashy service and lying agents

I would like to rate them a 0 literally, Avum is highly unprofessional, poor service extremely slow. I've placed an order on the 9th of September till today my parcel hasn't arrived the consultant Jacky gave me a PEP PAXI tracking number when I go track my parcel online no delivery date meaning parcel hasn't been dropped off at PEP so Avum agents are taking customers as fools also just to get us off their hair and I've been begging Jacky literally to drop my hair and she's been saying yes. I've even opted for a refund and Im not getting any response on that Avum is day light ******* they should just shut down!!! Absolutely trash they should learn customer service from other hair retailers ****** skelems.
