I placed an order on the 2nd of November 2019 which was supposed to have reached me within seven days. Till this day the hair has not yet reached me. Whats annoying is the lack of communication from the sales person and I have been the one who'se always making follow ups on the order. JESSICA kept on lying making empty promices about the order and they have decided to block me on their facebook page because my comments will surely scare potential customers worse services ever, use it at your own risk especially if your nice and patient. Been aaking for a refund and I was promised my money back last week Thursday but now theu decided to block me from their communication platforms.
