Avum fashion haven poor and worst service ever😡

Poor service ever. I ordered two wigs on the 4th Dec 2022 was told they will be delivered before Christmas of which they were not. Mon 9th Jan 2023 they indicated all the parcels were with the courier and they were not aware, they will resend the parcels. Today 13th Jan 2023 got my parcel however it was one wig instead of two, tried communicating with them via WhatsApp and WhatsApp call but they are not responding. Can I be assisted
