Avum Fashion Haven non delivery after payment and False Advertising

I ordered some items from Avum Fashion Haven and on their website they had three options of delivery two being options that to 7 and 10 days. I chose the courier which indicated 3 days of which the price was slightly elevated. I was concerned when I did not here from the in a days time I then enquired to which the person on +*** ( this whatsapp number) told me my delivery would take 10 days. I then asked her if the three days I paid for was false advertising and I asked her to re-check my order number to see which delivery option I paid for. up until now I have not received any progress on my order and when I reminded the consultant about the days as advertised, she simply responded with a "I know dear" up until now I have not heard from them.
