Hello Peter..I have ordered hair from them that is on special and I paid on the 03/12/2020.I sent them proof of payment and everything.I was told by Jacky their agent that the process takes 1-2 working days and deliver within 2-4 working days on my calculations that has passed when I asked Jacky when am receiving my hair she said this week and I told here the hair is not for me alone.The friend I bought with thinks I am making excuses n used the money for something else,she was suppose to wear the hair today since it's her birthday but I have not received anything. When I've asked Jacky she is ignoring me on whatsapp but she is always online and posting pictures on her status...I am very disappointed with their customer service because if they can't meet the requirements there should be a communication between them and the customer not just ignore us when we Asking questions...
