Annoyed Customer

This was my second time, ordering hair from them. The first time, the order took more than 2 weeks, they only processed and sent my order after I had sent them a complaint on Whatsapp, because I was happy with the quality of their hair I decided to buy from them again, on the 29th of November. They had posted on Facebook that they have hired extra staff to deal with black Friday orders, but I haven't received the tracking number and to make matters worse, they're ignoring me on Whatsapp.
