Staff attitude
Never in my life have I been so poorly treated and spoken to before by the staff at AVTS sir lowry rd. Comon guys your staff attitude stinks!
I suppose this needs a back story. I rocked up to have a high end vehicle roadworthied, but was not sure where to park the car. I then enquired to a very grumpy old man as to where I should move the car, only to be told that I am not 1st in line, nor will I push in and that I will infact wait my turn....
I was flabbergasted as I was merely trying to figure out where to leave the vehicle. Instead o was met with such a horrific attitude.

The behaviour that you describe is definitely not one that is acceptable to our company, and if this is what actually happened, I apologise unreservedly. I have heard that there was one customer at the branch today who disagreed with the outcome of his test, and the Manager decided to refund him the test fee.
You are welcome to go to any of our other branches for a free test, should you arrange this with the Managing Director, at ***.
