We all make mistakes ...

I have been informed that the people who attended on my plumbing repairs no longer work for AVS, have left or have been dismissed. Hopefully this will teach \Opportunists\" that their actions have repercussions. I am impressed with AVS management John and Katherine in that they have made changes to staff in question, that they have contacted me and expressed their regret and I also thank Hellopeter for the forum.<br> <br> AVS made some mistakes and employed some wrong people.
