Avroyshlain ********** behaviour and bad customer service

I am a beauty advisor for avroy shlain,last month I cancelled my order because it was to be delivered to me in the new month,so to avoid me owing avroy shlain for products I cannot give to customers and pay with my money I asked my manager to cancel my order,I even requested a couple of times to beobed from the manager as I am continually experiencing problems,for whatever reasons I was not moved,and because of many other issues that I investigated and discovered thaty.manaher is not honest at all,now to prove my suspicions that she is not honest,there in an order that was put in on the 11th of Nov 2022,and it is owing,meaning my itc has been tampered with,I even have an email that the money was paid in over the weekend and will clear tonight,which I know is also not true,the money was deposited today to try and cover up what has been done,now my question is if I did not enquire for how long was this going to happen?the lady called me a few minutes ago and said there was a purchase that was done on the 11/11/2022,all of a sudden there was stock that was not returned.I am giving them a rating to show them that they are not above the law and they cannot do as they please with people's itc,this is ***** and I am going to report it with the ombudsman as well.

We do not provide statements on BA level . As per Gail she tried to contact you but no answer when you returned the items for +/- R3000 your GM keep some of the items to resell as they were out of stock at head office, and she had customers that required the items.

The GM paid the account over the weekend and payment will reflect by tomorrow into your account to clear the amount you on arrears for. You done owe the amount in arrears to Avroy Shlain but the GM .Your account will be cleared by tomorrow .

If Linda can lie about all this,and I'm sure their calls are recorded,the conversation can be retrieved to check what she said to me and to prove that she is lying, avroy shlain is a very big company and is trusted by a lot of people trying to make a living and even extra income,not knowing they are putting their lives in the hands of dishonest people.
