********** Quotes, Bumping them up,pocketing money

Avril Brink Properties are issuing ********** quotes, bumping them up by 2/3 times and pocketing the balance of the money if you don't check on them<br> I caught them in a mail and by checking up on them - see below mail<br> Kindly ask MS to quickly quote (2 - 3x this amount) and send both quotes together URGENTLY<br> Id like B to start on harries rd on Friday/saturday<br> I rented a house from these ***** woman and they made me paint the entire inside of it after it was left in a state by the landlady when I moved in and they gave me permission to patch the walls up and paint at my expense then went against all when I moved out sending me a bumped up quote.<br> When the painters were approached they had no idea what had been quoted and what they were being paid<br> I was then called by Avril to say I had no right to check on the work being done when I was the one paying for the job <br> I have reported this to The Estate Agents Board and wonder how many tenants have been caught by them and never checked on the work been quoted for<br> I advise people not to deal with this company
