Broken/blocked drain-- poor repair

We had a blocked /broken drain in our back garden. A.V. Plumbing did the job of repairing by trying to place the broken pieces of pipe together and pouring cement over. My husband and I complained that this did not look like it would correct the problem. The repairman assured us that his work was excellent. Four months later--blocked drains again. We had to call a different plumbing company who were1) horrified at the repair job A.V. Plumbing had done. The "repaired "pipe and cement had to be dug up. This company brought a pipe to.properly fit the area where the broken pipe had been. A superb repair job. We paid R 2291.39 for a terrible job by A.V. Plumbing. Second repair job cost us R1700 by the Plumbing Lady. We will only use that company for any future jobs. Is there anything you can do to help? We feel A.V. Plumbing did a poor repair job. Cheryl Booth
