AVOXI is a ********** company that bills your account unnecessarily and *******ly withholds your credit card information so they can continue to **********ly bill you! I signed up for 2 AVOXI virtual numbers for my business, at first the service is fine. However AVOXI continuously call you on your virtual numbers for no given reason, for which your are billed. AVOXI will also sell you a soft phone service, over 36 hours after purchasing this service, the soft phone still did not work and I cancelled it. They claim on their website to have no contracts, however when you cancel a service, they purposely work slowly so the service is cancelled only after they current billing month, so you have to pay for it anyway. They will the **********ly bill your credit card and claim you owe them for the products you purchased, this is false advertising as no contracts and cancel anytime are utter lies in the case of AVOXI. My company turns over hundreds of millions per year and I have never ever come across a more ********** and dishonest company than AVOXI in my life. I cannot keep any meaningful amount of funds in my business Cheque account simply because if I do, the ********** at AVOXI will bill me. I have to maintain such a low balance on my company account, that every time this ********** company bills me *******ly, my account becomes overdrawn and I am charged an insufficient funds charge. This makes doing business very hard as clients pay me large sums of money on vehicles they purchase from me, and I do not wish for the ******** at AVOXI to ***** the money that is entrusted to me by my clients. Be very very very cautious before purchasing anything from this ********** and dishonest company, I am proceeding to take legal action against their *******, dishonest and ********** business practices. In all my years in business and life, I have never ever had money mysteriously disappear from any of my many bank accounts before I made the mistake of purchasing something from the ********** ********* at AVOXI, they deserve to be locked up for the ***** they commit.
