******* CALLED AVOUCHERS STOP *****ING MY MONEY

Some thing called AVOUCHERS deducts R99 from my standard bank account for two years and still. i have reversed it,but the bank still penalizes me R147 for unfunded debit. Please somebody tell me who this AVOUCHERS is
