Outstanding wedding video

Upon receiving our wedding video, two years after our wedding. The owner informed it was not the final video as there were some issues with sound at the beginning of the video. This happens to be when we are saying our vows. We were meant to meet a week after we reviewing the video. The owner cancelled the meeting due to her son being ill and promised to refer us to one of her other employees, then we were told December is their busiest time and the meeting was pushed out to January. <br> <br> When I followed up in January, I was told to write a list of edits for the video, which I sent to avondale file. I received no reply, I followed up to no avail and received an email confirming that I would be contacted telephonically...I wasn't ans still have not been. I have made several attempts to follow up. It's been to no avail.<br> <br> It's been 3 years since our wedding and we still don't have the final product.
