Worst Travel Agency ever Dealt with

<p>I have enquired regarding an add placed in the Ramadan issue of the Islam today Magazine_________</p> <p>____May / June Edition. I got back a quote with the amount being almost 3 x time the amount advertised.___</p> <p>____Upon my enquiry, I was referred to Mr. Ebrahim Vadachia, currently in charge of customer complaints. Who firstly was very rude to me as the client. Then says he will investigate on Friday the 10th June regarding this. Doesn’t follow up with me as the client, after I then e-mail him regarding feedback. Mr. Vadachia responds to my mail telling me there was an error on the magazines side and says the matter is closed now. Extremely unprofessional and no regard to service and etiquette ____So my complaint is regarding the misleading adverti*****t by the Avoca Travel Agency. This goes against TCF Principles and Market conduct.</p>
