I booked a holiday with Avoca travels and what they show you and sell you is not what they deliver.<br> <br> They sold us a family vacation with pictures of a beautiful hotel in ****et apparently 4* hotel pictured they showed us was with pool and sauna to our horror the hotel was nothing like the pictures and had no pool or sauna. In fact my kids were sent across a busy street to go swim in another hotel<br> when we called Avoca and complained and demanded we be moved from the hotel they agreed to do so at our own cost and when we refused we left to fend for ourselves in the overnight lodge they booked us in.<br> <br> ive emailed Avoca with my list of complaints and to date know one has called or rep**** to the email but im not surprised as thats exactly how we were treated when we called them to complain from ****et.
